Winter Menu is Here


With the dark nights starting earlier, the clocks moving back and a slight chill in the air, it is clear that Winter is well and truly on it’s way! There is nothing better than waking up on a crisp winters morning, wrapping up warm and exploring the peaks with your loved one and the dog, which gave us a lot of inspirations towards our new Winter menu, filled with plenty of warming dishes to be enjoyed by our roaring log fires.

Working hard with award winning chef, Richard Smith, we’ve put together a collection of dishes to reflect the upcoming season. From Bertha Roasted Chestnuts to Lobster Bisque and Pork Cutlet straight from the Bertha, served with bubble and squeak, chorizo and butterbean ragu, there is most definitely something for everyone. Throughout the next few months, we will be continuing to offer a variety of daily specials, created with the best flavours the season has to offer. Keep an eye out for plenty of game, roasted root veg and of course, lot’s of Turkey with Christmas around the corner!
