18 hour smoked and beer braised blade of beef with wholegrain mashed potato, baby pearl onions and a ‘brother rabbit’ jus
Jerusalem artichoke, wild mushroom and chestnut risotto with aged parmesan and black truffle

Little Lincoln Imp mature cheddar, toasted sourdough, marmalade onions and a ‘wild raven’ ice cream
Dark chocolate mousse with honeycomb and a ‘cocoa wonderland’ ice cream

We will be offering a diverse and comprehensive selection of award-winning craft beers from the iconic Thornbridge Brewery which will be hosted by their very knowledgeable beer expert James.
We will also be giving every guest a complimentary Craft Union beer and cookery book.

Battle of the Counties
Once again we challenge our Chefs and find out who will be awarded the ‘Best Dish’. This time the challenge is to choose a county within the UK and cook a dish with origins from the chosen county. As we know they will put their own twist to the dish, but who will serve the tastiest and most appealing dish? You decide!
