Freshly Baked Breads, white and treacle rye bread served with smoked garlic oil and chilli and lemon marinated olives
In House Smoked Salmon, potato pancake, horseradish crème fraiche, watercress and lemon oil
Early Spring Asparagus and Spring Onion Risotto finished with aged parmesan and baby rocket
Wild Mushrooms on Sourdough Toast, with brandy, stilton, white truffle oil and parmesan
Duck Hash Cake, fried duck egg, and braised lentils with a duck and cherry sauce
Omelette Lyonnaise, Bertha asparagus, spinach and hazelnut salad
Mixed Grill of Fish, Provençal crushed potatoes, samphire and roast cherry tomatoes finished with basil beurre blanc
Mussels with Organic Cider, home cured streaky bacon, Our Cow Molly cream, parsley served with parmesan fries and house salad
Roast Rib Eye of Beef, caramelised onion jam, Yorkshire pudding and oxtail gravy
Honey Glazed Stuffed Belly Pork, black pudding and apple , red cabbage , crackling and sage gravy
Bertha Rump of Lamb, lamb shoulder shepherd’s pie, minted mash and braised peas with lamb gravy

As spring arrives we eagerly anticipate the early Bank Holidays of the year with the Easter weekend ahead.
Good Friday - We will again be offering our Feast of Fish menu, as well as our à la carte menu.
Easter Sunday - We are taking bookings for our great traditional Sunday, along with our new Spring à la carte options.
Easter Saturday & Easter Monday - Our à la carte menu is available all day along with some great Easter specials.

A St George's celebration of British food from the counties.

To complement each dish we will serve either English wines, Thornbridge beers or an English gin

The challenge has been dealt to our band of creative chefs. Choose a county in England and create a dish using their produce. Its all about celebrating our great country and the dishes we cherish. Our wines for this evening are all English, with beers from our favourite brewery; Thornbridge. All you need to do is to decide who will be crowned the best chef on the night with their winning dish.

Jake – River Severn smoked eel, watercress sorbet and trout caviar.

Gaz – Cornish cod served with mussels, crab in lemon sea broth, samphire and tomato concasee.
From beautiful Cornwall.
Richard– Roast beef and Yorkshire pudding, with all the trimmings.
Our very own county Yorkshire.
Sam – Lancashire cheese souffle, grape and cider vinegar compote, walnut and black pepper biscuits.

Ollie – Bakewell Pudding Millie fuille with toasted almond ice cream.
